11/3/08 The Cogent and Sprint connection has been restored TEMPORARILY for 2 weeks.

10/30/08 Sprint-Nextel has decided to sever its Internet connection with Cogent, another major Internet service provider. As a result, any court staff, law firm, or public who has Cogent as their ISP can no longer access public facing court sites (uscourts.gov) or CM/ECF. Similarly, no e-mail traffic from a court site will be received by Cogent subscribers. Attorneys utilizing Cogent as their ISP will need to file in the traditional manner.
